Residential Home Inspection
A home is the biggest purchase most people will ever make, and a home inspection is always recommended before buying a home. It’s important to realize the condition of your investment. While some little quirks may be nothing to worry about, there may be more serious issues that only a professional home inspector can assess.
A large part of surviving the home inspection is understanding what is and what isn't included. At the bottom of the page, you will find a helpful infographic that shows you what’s covered in a home inspection.

Radon Testing
Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer after cigarette smoking. Radon can cause lung cancer and is thought to be responsible for over 13% of lung cancer deaths. Radon gas moves up through the soil and can be drawn into your home. Once inside, radon becomes trapped and can build up to unsafe levels. Radon is a radioactive gas that forms naturally when uranium, thorium, or radium, which are radioactive metals break down in rocks, soil, and groundwater.
Having your home tested is the only effective way to determine whether you and your family are exposed to high levels of radon.
Some Areas of the Willamette Valley have Moderate Levels of Radon, while others are High Levels. Levels can differ from one house to the next so protect yourself and have the property tested.
